Q345B alloy round steel is low alloy ultra-high strength steel. After heat treatment, it has good comprehensive mechanical properties, high strength, enough toughness, good hardenability, weldability (preheating before welding) and processing formability, but low corrosion resistance and oxidation resistance. It is generally used after low temperature tempering or isothermal quenching.Q345B alloy round steel is used to manufacture medium speed, heavy duty, high strength, high toughness parts and high strength components.

Heat treatment specification: (1) quenching: 950℃ for the first time, 890℃ for the second time, oil cooling;Tempering 230℃, air cooling, oil cooling;(2)880℃ at 280 ~ 310℃ isothermal quenching.

Delivery status: delivered in heat treated (normalizing, annealing or high temperature tempering) or without heat treatment, the delivery status shall be specified in the contract.
